Flosna’s Collection of Personal Information
To sign up for your Flosna Account, we need to obtain certain personal information from you. You must complete Flosna’s registration form accurately with correct information and don`t provide any false or misleading information.
Personal Information we collect:
Full Name, Address, Email, Phone number, Date of Birth and other information as required.
Financial information such as Bank account details for certain optional transactions.
For verification purposes, we might ask for a proof of your identity and proof of Address; such as a copy of your national ID card, Passport, Driver’s license and/or Certificate of Registration.
PS: Failure to supply such information may result in limitation of usage of Flosna services or suspension of the user’s Account. For certain high value transactions, we may be required to report personal information to the relevant authorities.
When your registration is complete, you may start using Flosna’s services which are strictly protected against fraud and abuse through the following actions we take:
Recording and storing your IP address and login times.
Collecting usage and access data that allows us to prevent multiple account openings or other fraudulent behaviors, or to protect our systems against illegal attacks or abuse.
We may share such data with specialized and trustworthy fraud management services that help us analyze the data.
When you send gift cards to a user that is not yet registered with Flosna, we will store that user’s email address. If the user does not register for Flosna Account, the user’s email address will no longer be used by Flosna, however it will remain stored as part of your transaction history. You must ensure that you have obtained necessary permission for the use of the recipient’s email address.
Depending on the information you have provided us, your current verification status and the type of transaction you wish to undertake, we may collect further information from banks and identity verification services.
We obtain your personal and security information from the following sources:
Information you provide online, on written applications or forms, and other information you may provide.
Information entered online that may be stored even if you do not complete or submit an application.
Information from third parties in order to verify your identity or to prevent fraud.
Information from third parties that you authorize to provide information to us.
Information about your account experience and history.
Internal Use of Personal Information
We use your personal information to operate your Flosna Account, process your transactionsand to provide you with Flosna services.
We may use your personal information to prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities, and enforce our User Agreement, We may use your personal information to customize, measure, and improve Flosna Services and the content, layout, and operation of our websites and applications, deliver targeted marketing, service update notices and promotional offers based on your communication preferences.
We may use your personal information to contact you at any telephone number, by placing a voice call or through text (SMS) or email messaging, as authorized by our User Agreement.
We also share certain information as with banks and identity verification services as part of our normal business operations.
The purpose for sharing this data is to identify and verify users, to limit our exposure fraud and other criminal activities and to manage our financial risk. When conducting identification or fraud prevention checks, the service provider may retain a record of our query along with your information. By using our services you expressly agree to the sharing of your personal data for these purposes.
Furthermore, when sending gift cards to another Flosna Account holder we will -at a minimum- pass on your email address to the recipient. We may also send other personal details such as your name, address and country of residence to merchant who receives any payments you make if such merchants request this information from us in order to improve the payment process, to reconcile payments with the commercial transaction or to conduct their own anti-fraud and anti-money laundering checks.
How can you change your personal information?
If your personal information (such as your name, address or telephone number) are changed, you must immediately update your details in the “Profile” section of your Flosna Account, or by contacting our Customer Support.
Flosna not liable for any loss arising out of your failure to keep your personal details up to date.
In order to deactivate your Account, you will have to contact our Customer Support. We are required by law to keep certain records for a minimum period of 5 years after closure of your Account.

We highly recommend that users read the privacy statements of each website they visit. This privacy statement is applied only to Flosna website and Flosna services.
How we protect personal information
We store and process your personal information on our servers in Palestine and any elsewhere in the world where our facilities are located. We protect your information using physical, technical, and administrative security measures to reduce the risks of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure and alteration. Some of the safeguards we use are firewalls and data encryption, physical access controls to our data centers, and information access authorization controls.
Flosna is committed to handling your account information with high standards of security and protect your personal data against unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Your credit/debit card and bank account details are stored only in encrypted form on computers that are not connected to the internet. Once logged into your Account and your information is being transferred over the internet, all internet communication is secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology with high security encryption to ensure your data is not legible by anyone on the internet.
However, this high level of protection can be effective only if you follow certain security practices yourself. You must never share your Account or login details with anyone. If you are concerned that any of your login details have been revealed, you have to change them immediately after you are logged into your Account.
